Equipment introduction:
The roller-type shot blasting machine is a new type of specialized equipment designed and manufactured according to user requirements, specifically targeting castings and structural components. It can apply powerful shot blasting to the surfaces of original castings, steel materials, and structural components, removing rust layers, welding slag, and oxide scales, achieving a uniform metallic luster, and eliminating surface stress on the workpieces. At the same time, it improves the coating quality and anti-corrosion effect of steel materials. This equipment mainly utilizes the high-speed rotating impeller of the shot blasting device to accelerate and throw steel shot (projectiles) onto the surface of the workpieces, impacting and scraping the workpieces to remove rust layers, oxide scales, and contaminants on the surface, achieving a certain degree of roughness; correspondingly improving the corrosion resistance and surface quality of the products; improving and enhancing the appearance quality and inherent quality of the products, greatly reducing the labor intensity and environmental pollution of the cleaning work.
The shot blasting machine has the following characteristics:
1. The efficient shot blasting machine utilizing our patented technology (Q034) features a special structure for both the top and side guards, significantly enhancing the wear resistance and service life of the guards;
2. The top and side guards of the shot blasting machine are both constructed with a special structure, with local thickness reaching 70mm, greatly enhancing the wear resistance and service life of the guards
3. The protective plate of the shot blasting chamber is made of 12mm thick, impact-resistant, and highly wear-resistant rolled Mn13, and is installed using riveting and welding methods. This method eliminates all the hazards associated with traditional large nut fixation and detachment. In case of local damage, it is sufficient to repair a piece of protective plate with a special welding rod, which is convenient, practical, and fast;
4. Multiple high-wear-resistant rubber sheets are installed in the front and rear sealing chambers, utilizing a labyrinth seal to effectively prevent the leakage of pellets and dust;
5. The bearings at both ends of the elevator, separator, and screw conveyor are protected by labyrinth seals and U-shaped boss structures. The separator screw and the screw conveyor discharge port are arranged at a distance from the end, and a reverse conveying vane is added at the end of the screw;
