Working principle:

This equipment utilizes compressed air as the power source to spray abrasives at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece. Through the impact of the abrasives, rust and dirt on the surface of the workpiece are removed, achieving a certain level of cleanliness and roughness on the surface. Compressed air then generates negative pressure to recycle sand and dust. The complete abrasives are separated and recycled through the sand and dust separation system of the equipment. Dust and rust enter the dust removal bucket. Under the control of a single switch, all actions of the equipment, including sandblasting, sand return, sand and dust separation, sand recycling, and dust filtration, are automatically completed. The working environment is clean and pollution-free, meeting the air and dust hygiene standards of the workshop.
