1. Operating principle of open-type sandblasting machine:
This machine adopts a pressure-feeding sandblasting (shot blasting) mechanism, which utilizes the high-speed flow of compressed air in a high-pressure tank to create a high-pressure effect. The sand material inside the high-pressure tank is sprayed out through a sand conveying pipe, and then ejected at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece through a spray gun nozzle along with the compressed airflow, achieving the purpose of sandblasting processing.
II. Scope of application of open sandblasting machine:
It is used for cleaning steel structures, molds, fitness and amusement equipment, carving patterns on glass and stone tablets, shipbuilding, bridges, mines, machinery, oil pipelines, water conservancy projects, port construction, and other processes such as rust removal, spray pattern processing, oxide scale removal, and deburring. It can also be used for spraying and electroplating pretreatment processes to improve the adhesion of the coating (plating) layer on all surface treatments. It is used for spraying glass beads and strengthening the surface of polished parts.
III. Features of open-type sandblasting machine:

By adjusting the position of the adjusting cap, the opening amount of the sand valve can be adjusted, thus controlling the sand flow rate. The opening amount of the sand valve can be adjusted steplessly. The valve rod and valve sleeve in contact with the sand materials in the sand valve are made of hard tungsten carbide, which improves the service life of the sand valve.
