Equipment Features:

1. Suitable for sandblasting operations of larger molds or heavy workpieces;

3. During operation, place the workpiece on the trolley turntable, push the trolley into the sandblasting chamber, and then close the chamber door to start sandblasting.

Equipment purpose:

1. Clean the oxide scale, burrs, and welding slag from heat-treated parts, weldments, castings, etc., achieving a cleaning quality up to Sa3 level;

2. Clean up tiny burrs, surface residues, etc. on machined parts.

3. Used for pretreatment processing before coating and plating on the surface of workpieces, it can obtain an active surface and improve the adhesion of the coating and plating layer.

4. Used for the finishing of parts with high precision, high roughness, roughness Ra value, and complex shapes, which are difficult to achieve using other processing methods.

5. Used to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the machined surface, such as changing the surface stress state and improving the lubrication conditions of mating components.
