Features:
1. Integrated composite structure;
2. The advanced abrasive (sand-water) separation and circulation system saves sand and water consumption;
3. Advanced liquid sandblasting technology, excellent sealing performance, and a clean working environment;
4. Multiple gun positions are available, adjustable, equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, and offer high processing efficiency;
5. The nozzle is made of specially crafted high wear-resistant ceramic material, ensuring a long service life;
6. The newly developed cast aluminum (with polyurethane coating) grinding fluid pump is adopted, featuring high efficiency, excellent wear resistance, and a service life five times that of conventional sand pumps;
Scope of application:
1. Sandblasting treatment for the surfaces of workpieces made of various materials, such as hard alloys, stainless steel parts, aluminum alloy workpieces, magnesium alloy workpieces, craft products, decorations, etc;
2. It can effectively remove stress, stains, burrs, achieve a matte finish, and produce a refined appearance, such as on industrial saw blades, aerospace equipment, automotive parts, and hard alloy cutting tools;
What is the reason for uneven spraying from an environmentally friendly wet sandblasting machine?
When processing, if the results are not satisfactory or do not meet certain standards, we should identify the reasons and address them. This applies to the environmental wet sandblasting machine. So, what causes uneven spraying from an environmental wet sandblasting machine?
1. The air pressure of the sandblasting machine is unstable during operation. When one air compressor is used for multiple spray guns, it is difficult to stabilize the air pressure. When the air pressure is high, more sand is inhaled and sprayed out; when the air pressure is low, the opposite is true, that is, the amount of sand inhaled and sprayed out is less. When the amount of sand sprayed out is high, the sand surface will inevitably appear dense; when the amount of sand sprayed out is low, the sand surface will inevitably appear sparse.
2. The distance between the nozzle of the spray gun and the surface of the workpiece varies greatly. When the nozzle is close to the surface of the workpiece, the spray range is small but relatively concentrated, appearing dense. When the nozzle is far from the surface of the workpiece, the amount of sand sprayed remains the same, but the spray area expands, making it appear sparse.
