Working principle of elevator

The bucket elevator consists of a cycloidal pin wheel reducer, upper and lower drums, conveyor belt, hopper, enclosed casing, and tensioning device. The inlet of the bucket elevator is connected to the screw conveyor, and its outlet is connected to the separator. The elevator casing is equipped with a maintenance door for repairing and replacing the lifting hopper. Opening the door cover on the lower casing allows for maintenance of the lower transmission and removal of blockages caused by shot at the bottom. This machine uses a flat belt for rotation. During operation, the hopper fixed on the conveyor belt scrapes up the shot material at the bottom of the elevator, and then, driven by the elevator motor, transports the shot material to the top of the elevator. Finally, it falls by centrifugal gravity, feeding the shot material into the shot-sand separator. The drive transmission chain adopts a sleeve roller chain, effectively ensuring the reliability of lifting. The receiving interface for the falling material is made of special materials.
