Design idea of mechanical recovery sandblasting room

1. A horizontal auger is used to collect the abrasive, and a bucket elevator transports the abrasive to the storage bin above the sandblasting machine. This eliminates the hassle of manual sand loading and improves work efficiency.

2. A press-in type high-efficiency sandblasting machine produced by our company is adopted, which features high efficiency, large capacity, wide working pressure range (normal sandblasting operation can be carried out within a pressure range of 0.5-0.8 MPa), adjustable sandblasting parameters (working pressure, sand flow rate, and boost flow rate can be adjusted steplessly), and stable and reliable performance;

3. An efficient sand-shot separator is adopted to separate sand and dust, thereby enhancing sandblasting efficiency and reducing the load on the dust collector.

4. The sandblasting room body is made of welded steel modules, featuring beautiful appearance, easy assembly, airtightness, noise reduction, waterproofing, and fast construction.

5. The internationally popular downflow dust collector is adopted, and the pulse back-blowing ash removal method is used for the filter cylinder. It features high filtration accuracy, low filtration resistance, and low dust emission.

6. The electronic control system utilizes a programmable controller produced by Delixi as the core control unit, enhancing the reliability of the control system. The circuit design fully considers safety and reliability, and the fan control incorporates protection functions such as overheating, overload, phase loss, and reversing.
